INCOSE Stevens Student Chapter in association with the School of Systems and Enterprises (SSE) and the INCOSE Liberty Chapter presents “The 3rd John Wirsbinski Annual INCOSE Stevens Doctoral Student Research Competition” - a competition that gives PhD students of SSE, a chance to win an expense paid trip to the 20th Annual International Symposium of INCOSE to be held in Chicago, IL from July 12th to 15th, 2010

The INCOSE International Symposium is the premier international forum for Systems Engineering. Participants network, share ideas, knowledge and practices, and learn more about the most recent innovations, trends, experiences and issues in Systems Engineering.
This year INCOSE is celebrating 20 years since the first meeting of the founders. Paper authors, panelists and tutorial presenters are encouraged to address ways in which Systems Engineering principles and perspectives are performed today and how Systems Engineering may influence our future. Topics of value include technology insertion, process improvements, and organizational governance of the systems we make, manage, operate and maintain over their life cycle, to the benefit of mankind.

Conference on Systems Engineering Research (CSER) as Stevens Institute of Technology - Volunteers Needed!!!
The INCOSE student chapter is looking for volunteers to support logistics during the Conference on Systems Engineering Research (CSER) to be held at Stevens from March 17th – 19th, 2010. Volunteers can choose to work at the registration desk, at a track session or a random position during one or all three days. Those who volunteer for the track sessions are encouraged to look at the preliminary conference program in the attached schedule for the conference. (More conference information can be found at: www.stevens.edu/CSER2010 ).
To sign up please follow the links in the table below and choose the preferred position(s).Please fill out your name for registration purposes. Volunteers will be WAIVED THE STUDENT REGISTRATION FEE and will be able to attend the presentations while working during the event, so please fill out your NAME while you sign up (Wrong name will not be registered).
Responsibilities include:
· At Registration desk: Assistance is needed in processing on-site registration, answering questions related to the conference and campus logistics, and supporting the conference registration coordinator.
· At Track Sessions: Assistance is needed to support the Track Chair and assure the session goes smoothly.
· Random: Assistance is needed to support random questions from conference attendees, support either the registration desk or a track session as needed, support the main plenary sessions on each day, and assist the conference chair or technical chair as needed
Note: students can only volunteer for one track session per day.
