We invite original research papers addressing any aspect of the Systems Engineering lifecycle. This includes conception, design and architecting, development, modeling and simulation, production, integration, validation, operation and support of these systems. Additional topics include definition of metrics, performance, and improvement methods, assessment and mitigation of risks, definition of critical success factors, and definition of best practices. All papers will be peer reviewed, and if accepted, presented at the conference.

• Acceptance/Rejection Notification & Author Instructions January 15, 2010

BASIC PAPER SUBMISSIONS - GUIDELINES:

Submitted papers should not exceed 10 pages in length, including illustrations, and appendices.  Follow the template provided below.

The paper will be evaluated for:

1. The paper's scope is appropriate for systems engineering.
2. The paper has an appropriate research focus and approach and is cogent.
3. The paper satisfactorily explains what was done.
4. The paper satisfactorily explains why it was done.
5. The paper satisfactorily explains the basis for its conclusions.
